Yosemite’s Trees


There were a lot of dead trees. It broke my heart. This drought.DSCN6270DSCN6268DSCN6192

It’s gotten greener and mossier since I last saw it.DSCN6179-001

Couldn’t decide which I liked best, I think you can see better the bark design in the photo above, but I don’t like it’s coloring and the B/W looks Right to me. So you decide.DSCN6179

  1. looks like a nice day to visit. I like the photo of the tree on the rock and I would go back when it was not in the shade and take more photos.
    I’m not sure if I like the b/w or color. did you take it in b/w or just convert it to b/w?
    I find the photos I convert don’t look as good as the ones I take in b/w as the camera setting are different for color and b/w

    1. My camera isn’t fancy. It is basic so I don’t have that capability, sadly. But I do the best with what I have.

      It was a brilliant day. Lots of water.
